Grand Conclusion; Definable Trauma. (MikeANP) (Readers) (Family)
Kayleigh, the therapist in our family, asked the brilliant question “How does one define the severity of “trauma”? I was afraid I would never be able to answer her question – I was afraid the “Severity” of “trauma” wasn’t definable. It took Mike a few years but I, myself have come to conclusion.
The severity of trauma, absolutely, is quantifiable, it IS definable and it can be measured.
“Trauma”, at it’s core, is REALLY confusion.
We can define the severity “trauma” by how severely it confuses.
Happy Mother’s day, Kayleigh. This is your gift, from me. 🙂
